About the company 

Join an international start up that help local establishments attract and retain more customers through the internet. In concrete terms, this solution improves natural referencing, e-reputation and ultimately web-to-store conversion. They mainly target large companies, but also smaller retailers.



You will join the Partners Success Manager team, dedicated to the happiness of customers and resellers. They are now moving towards the international market : you will have to onboard and support Key Accounts.

This position allows you to become an expert in customer relations and, above all, to have very complete missions, from sales support to consulting and marketing :

  • Become a major element in the success of the partnerships we set up
  • Maximize the satisfaction of partners
  • Define a proper go to market with the reseller
  • Train the different teams of the partner to sell the solutions and to onboard the customers
  • Set up marketing action plans with partners
  • Supporting partners in their knowledge of our solutions and our market
  • Create collaterals to feed our partners with knowledge so it helps them to sell more solutions.
  • Ensure the growth of the partner by upsell and cross sell
  • Reach the target of sales
  • Analysis of SEO performance and the value brought to the Partner’s customers
  • Deployment of local SEO optimization axes
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of a fast-growing start-up company


Required profile 

  • MANDATORY : Experience in Customer relationship management
  • Bilingual or Native in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
  • Dynamic end really good communication skills
  • Ability to take initiatives
  • Sales appetite
  • Experience in Customer relationship management


Other informations  

  • Permanent Contract
  • Based in Paris / Part time remote
  • Flexible remote work policy
  • Annual salary range : €35,000 to €40,000
